BEDFORD- Have items lying around that usually can’t be picked up by the trash service? It’s clean sweep week this week in Bedford, and that means it’s time to get rid of items that are normally harder to find a way to dispose of. Appliances, construction materials, carpet, old tires (limited amount), etc., can be picked up. Extra household trash can also be picked up by calling any day; just be sure it is separate from other clean sweep items.
Shredding and Storage Unlimited has agreed to bring locked bins to the Utilities office so that residents can bring papers that need shredding. No businesses. Monday – Friday, 7:30 am- 4:15 pm, closed for lunch noon-1.
