BEDFORD— Hoosier Hills Credit Union members can vote for or against a merger today.
Hoosier Hills Credit Union and Centra Credit Union are considering a possible merger, and it’s up to the members of Hoosier Hills to decide whether the union will happen.
Hoosier Hills Credit Union primary account holders are encouraged to vote in person or by mail today.
By mail: Pick up your absentee ballot and pre-addressed envelope from your local Service Center during business hours Monday through Friday, April 29 through May 3, 2024, and drop them in the mail to be received by The Koch Law Firm, a third-party Election Administrator, no later than Monday, May 13, 2024. (Ballots must be picked up and signed for by the validated voting Member.)
In-person: Attend the special meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, and cast your vote in person at the Bedford Annex Lobby, located next to the Bedford Service Center at 630 Lincoln Avenue.

If passed, the merger would happen on July 1st, 2024.
