BLOOMINGTON – The public is cordially invited to attend a Bridge Dedication Ceremony and Reception for the Tim Wininger Sr. Memorial Monon Backwall Bridge No. 2239.
This Historic Pedestrian Bridge is now a part of the Bloomington Rail Trail Southern Meadows Spur adjacent to the SOMO neighborhood at Clear Creek.
