LAWERNCE CO. – Sheriff Greg Day presented Mitchell High School Senior Briley Dicks with a $750 scholarship on behalf of the Indiana Sheriff’s Association.
Briley was one of forty students across the state who received an ISA scholarship.
“She has been an intern at the Sheriff’s Department this school year as part of the Career Exploration class at MHS,” said Sheriff Day. “She is very much appreciated for her work ethic, fantastic attitude, and willingness to learn. She has been a great representative of Mitchell High School.”
“Congratulations, Briley, it is well deserved,” added Sheriff Day. “A very special thanks to the ISA for your continued support of the youth across our state.”
