Old Business:
- Tabled hearing for Logan Chastain, who is requesting a minor subdivision of the property located at 205 Eastlake Dr., Bedford, IN. 47421. Logan is requesting one acre of land be subdivided off this property belonging to Daniel Stivers. Travis Norman will present updates.
- Public hearing for Dan Gerkin (Gerkin Properties), requesting a minor subdivision of the property located at 3626 Washington Ave. Bedford, IN. Gerkin is requesting this property be subdivided into two parcels.
New Business: - Public hearing for Christopher and Amanda Napier, who are requesting to rezone their property at 1301 7th Street from R-3 Medium Density Residential District to B-1 Convenience Business District. They wish to operate some of their business, Grace at Home Health Care, from this location. The Planning Commission previously approved this request but was turned down by the City Council for lack of motion. The council has agreed to hear the request again once the Planning Commission has heard all the concerns and replies from the neighbors and property owner.
- Preliminary hearing for Kerns Property Management, LLC., requesting to rezone property at 820 R Street Bedford, IN. 47421 from R-3 Medium Density Residential District to B-3 Planned Business District. They wish to build a new business on the property for an insurance office and rent the other half for office-type work.
- A preliminary hearing was held for Adam Chastain, who requested a minor subdivision of the property at 2727 I Street, Bedford, IN. 47421. Adam is requesting this property be subdivided into two separate parcels.
