Kentucky man wanted for rape of child captured after out-of-state-tip

LAMAR – Indiana State Police say an Owensboro, Kentucky, man was arrested Friday afternoon on a Kentucky warrant.

James Saint, 35, is facing two counts of rape, with the victim less than 12 years old, sodomy, and sexual abuse.

Kentucky Police notified Indiana State Troopers that Saint was believed to be employed by a poultry operation in Indiana.

Indiana State and Spencer County law enforcement contacted multiple companies before locating Saint in Lamar in Spencer County. He was arrested and taken to the Spencer County Jail. He will be extradited to Kentucky to face charges.
