Jeffrey Wesley Ball, 61, Bedford, passed to heaven on Sunday, May 12, 2024, surrounded by his family, at Mitchell Manor after several years of declining health.
He was Born July 7, 1962, in Bedford, the son of Kenneth Eugene and Mary Lutina “Teeny” (Andrews) Ball.
Jeff worked for Jones Oil, which included Jackson’s in Bedford, and actually opened the new station in Mitchell, which is now Marathon, until just a few months ago. Jeff greatly admired Robert Jones of Jones Oil, who taught him so much about the industry. Jeff was loved by many patrons and employees. His family was so proud of him and loved him very much.
His daughter, April (Brian) Bachman of Indianapolis, several grandchildren, sisters Rita Jean Ball (Mike) Ramey of Bedford and Kathy Rose Ball (Joe) Vogler of Bedford, nieces and nephews, and many friends survive.
His parents and son, Joshua Ball, preceded him in death.
Cremation has been chosen.
