MEDORA – The 13th Dinner on the Bridge event celebrates the historic Medora Covered Bridge, which spans the East Fork of the White River and runs parallel to State Road 235.
This year’s event is set for 6:30 p.m. on August 3.
Tickets are now available for $35 each. Checks can be written to FMCBA, P.O. Box 132, Medora, IN 47260. You can also pick up tickets at The Jackson County Visitor Center in Seymour. If the event does not sell out, there may be a limited number of tickets available at the merchandise booth on the day of the dinner.
The menu includes almond-baked chicken or slow-cooker roast beef for an entrée. The salad is a spring mix of strawberries, oranges, almonds, and raspberries; side dishes include homemade cheese, potatoes, green beans, and homemade bread and rolls. Beverages include lemonade, iced tea, and water.
