Bedford Housing Authority chooses NSPIRE inspector

BEDFORD- NSPIRE is a method for conducting and processing inspections of HUD-assisted housing developed by HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). An inspector is called in and they focus on deficiencies deemed to be the most important indicators of housing quality. NSPIRE inspections may use a high sample rate and are intended to provide HUD a high level of confidence in the inspection results. The Bedford Housing Authority met Thursday, May 16 and they have decided on Midwest Inspection Service to conduct the inspections for NSPIRE, at the cost of $1,980 yearly.
