Upcoming Key Dates
- May 20, 2024: Mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting
- Invitations will be sent to each proposer’s authorized representative.
- June 25, 2024: Technical proposals due.
- July 10, 2024: Bid letting day; cost proposals due.
The Contract Information Book (CIB) and Reference Information Documents (RIDs) are posted on the project Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) site. Interested proposers needing additional information should identify their Authorized Representative to request access to ACC. Requests should be sent to ReviveI70@indot.in.gov. The email should include:
- Authorized representative
- Designated individual authorized to submit communications
- Major team members, including the lead engineering firm
- Names and email addresses for team members who will access ACC
Interested parties who have identified themselves and submitted the email as described above will be provided access to the project documents on ACC.
