KNOX CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 550 in Knox County.
On or around Tuesday, May 28, crews will close State Road 550 in Knox County near Emison. This closure will occur one mile east of U.S. 41 over Maria Creek. It will allow for a bridge deck overlay project. Depending on the weather, work is expected to last through the beginning of August.
The official detour for this closure is State Road 67 to U.S. 41. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
