BLOOMINGTON—The 2024 Arts Fair on the Square has been canceled. The event has been held in downtown Bloomington for more than 40 years.

After some consideration, and a look at how our art fair benefits our community of artists, Constellation Stage & Screen has decided to cancel Arts Fair on the Square for 2024. We will be working to improve the model, ensure more community partnerships, and make the experience better overall for those who participate — vendors, performers, and patrons alike!
The annual event, which hosts one hundred local, regional, and national artists, was scheduled for June 22. However, it was canceled because fewer applicants than anticipated—only around 50 applied.
Vendors who did apply will be issued a refund and will receive an email with further information.
It is unclear if the event will return in 2025.
