BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence junior slugger Ava Ratliff has been named First Team All-State by the Softball Coaches Association of Indiana.
Ratliff, a catcher on her way to South Carolina, hit .482 (with 18 walks and only four strikeouts) with 14 home runs and 35 RBIs for the Stars (17-11-1) in 2024. She set the state career record for home runs with 57.
Ratliff earned All-State honors for the third consecutive season.
