BEDFORD— Lawrence County will see an increase in horse and buggy traffic today, Thursday, and Friday.
Motorists should remain alert, as family members will be traveling from surrounding counties and Kentucky to attend Reuben E. Wickey’s funeral.
Traffic will be heaviest near Jasper McKeaigg Road and East Lawrence Cemetery.
