INDIANAPOLIS– Unique 7x is hosting a free NACA Workshop at Martin University on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.. The event is open to the public, with advanced registration.
Attendees will learn about NACA’s homeownership programs, including no down payment, no closing costs, no mortgage insurance, and no credit score consideration. The workshop will also introduce the “HOT-PHA” program, helping Section 8 recipients become homeowners within 15 years.
NACA representatives will guide attendees through accessible homeownership pathways, marking the opening of NACA’s new Indianapolis office, dedicated to addressing affordably housing needs in the community.
