WASHINGTON – On Monday, June 10, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Officers and Detectives with the Washington Police Department, including the ERT and DEA Task Force, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and the Indiana State Police, executed a Narcotics Search Warrant at a residence on County Road 50 N.
Officers reported locating approximately a quarter ounce of suspected meth, seven firearms, various pills, drug paraphernalia, and roughly a quarter pound of marijuana.
As a result, police arrested 32-year-old Logan Helderman on charges including dealing meth.
At approximately 10:15 p.m., a Washington Police Sergeant working the second shift conducted a traffic stop on Greenwood Street.
The driver was identified as 50-year-old Ryan Potts, and the passenger as 44-year-old Chadd Gregory.
During the traffic stop, Officers reported locating approximately 226 grams of suspected meth. As a result, Gregory was arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine and Potts on charges of maintaining a common nuisance.
Assisting were deputies with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
