CELESTINE – A French Lick man was arrested Monday after an Indiana State Police Trooper spotted his vehicle in the middle of the road in Dubois County near Celestine.
The driver, 54-year-old Arthur Klem, showed visible signs of impairment.
Klem was detained. He was transported to IU Health Hospital for a blood draw and to be medically cleared. He was then transported to the Dubois County Jail on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
