BEDFORD—The Board of Works and Safety approved Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. as the provider of the fireworks show for the Fourth of July display Tuesday night. Wisley Pyrotechnics has put on the display for the last several years, and the board approved $20,000 to be paid to Wisley upon the show’s conclusion. Mayor Sam Craig stated the City of Bedford has almost recouped the $20,000 needed through donations and pledges. The show is set to take place July 4 at Wilson Park at 10 p.m.
