BLOOMINGTON- Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation was started by 20-year-old Sam Mitchell in October of 2019. It began with a simple interest in media when he was a high school junior, which led him to become an entrepreneur by creating his own non-profit and podcast, Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation. His nonprofit and advocacy offer public speaking, podcast coaching, podcast editing, sponsorships, ad space, merchandise, public speaking, educational supplements, guest appearances, and guest space on his podcast.
Autism Rocks and Rolls will be hosting its second annual Poker Run on Saturday, August 3rd. The ride will begin at Bloomington Harley-Davidson, with registration from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The ride will end at ARAR headquarters, located at 5407 S. Owensburg Road in Bloomington. Breakfast will be served at registration, with dinner served at the destination.
Registering at the event is $30 for riders and $20 for passengers. Those prices include an ARAR t-shirt, food and tickets to see the AC/DC tribute band Thunder Struck at the Bluebird in Bloomington on August 9. Preregistration is $40 for riders and $30 for passengers. Preregistration also includes tickets to see the awesome Hairbangers Ball at the Bluebird on July 20!
