Cool-Off Hawaiian Style at Mama Dukes Hawaiian Barbecue at Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market

BLOOMINGTON – Amber Racoma is a food and beverage artisan and the proprietor of Mama Dukes Hawaiian Barbecue.

She offers an array of Polynesian meals along with cold, flavorful Hawaiian Sun drinks like Strawberry Guava, Pass-O-Guava, Pineapple Orange, Mango Orange, Strawberry Lilikoi, Guava Nectar, Luau Punch, and Passion Orange.

While visiting Mama Dukes on the Farmers’ Market plaza, be sure to try such delicacies as Shoyu chicken, teriyaki spam musubis, fried saimin, teriyaki sliders, and her signature dish – a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate Lunch. This week, she has a new menu item: Mini Kalua Pork Sliders.
