BLOOMINGTON – Amber Racoma is a food and beverage artisan and the proprietor of Mama Dukes Hawaiian Barbecue.
She offers an array of Polynesian meals along with cold, flavorful Hawaiian Sun drinks like Strawberry Guava, Pass-O-Guava, Pineapple Orange, Mango Orange, Strawberry Lilikoi, Guava Nectar, Luau Punch, and Passion Orange.
While visiting Mama Dukes on the Farmers’ Market plaza, be sure to try such delicacies as Shoyu chicken, teriyaki spam musubis, fried saimin, teriyaki sliders, and her signature dish – a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate Lunch. This week, she has a new menu item: Mini Kalua Pork Sliders.Â

Music at the Market
Saturday’s entertainment line-up features John Kogge and local legend David Sharp, who weave a tapestry of good old folk and blues and mix in some standards, reggae, traditional, old-time, alt-country, and some of their own tunes.
They’ll begin at 9:00 a.m.

This community outreach program invites Market-goers to engage with the mayor and various department heads from the City of Bloomington government.
This Saturday, Bloomington Police Chief Mike Diekhoff will greet the public at the Market between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
