Robert Paul Capps, 56, of Bedford, passed away in Worthington on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
Robert was born in Bloomington on June 1, 1968, to Patsy Maxine (Capps) Stewart. He married Tracey Grimes on October 12, 1996, and she survives. Robert was a US Navy veteran and a diesel mechanic at Bear Run Mine for Peabody Coal.
Survivors include his wife, Tracey Capps of Bedford, two daughters, Kylie (Michael) King of Bedford, and Lindsey Capps of Bedford, three brothers, Phillip Capps, Kevin Capps, and Steven Capps, one sister, Machelle Murphy.
Two brothers, Tim Capps and Bobby Stewart, preceded Robert in death.
Cremation was chosen.
