BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence High School (BNL) is hosting a freshman orientation program called Fresh Start on Tuesday, July 30th, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. This event is designed to help incoming freshmen acclimate to the high school and transition smoothly into their new academic environment.
During Fresh Start, freshmen can explore BNL and NLCC, meet their teachers and staff, learn about their class schedules, and find their classrooms with friends. This is a great chance to become familiar with the layout of the buildings and the people who will support them throughout their high school careers.
There will also be a separate Freshman Parent and Student Meeting at 1 PM or 6 PM on the same day. Freshmen and their parents are encouraged to attend one of these sessions to learn more about student resources.
Registration for Fresh Start is open until July 23rd. In addition to attending Fresh Start, freshmen can pick up their Chromebooks and textbooks before or after the event and have their yearbook photos taken on the same day.
