I-465 lane and ramp closures:
- Westbound I-465 between Meridian Street and Mann Road and eastbound I-465 between I-70 and Mooresville Road will have single- and double-lane restrictions nightly from Monday, July 15, through Friday, July 19, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. to allow construction vehicles to enter and exit construction areas in the work zone.
- I-465 eastbound from I-70 to I-65 will be restricted to one lane from 9 p.m., Friday, July 19, to 5 a.m. Sunday, July 21, for barrier walls, pavement striping, and shifting future travel lanes. The following entrance ramps also will be closed during this time:
- I-70 eastbound ramp to I-465 southbound
- SR 67/Kentucky Avenue entrance ramp to I-465 eastbound
- Mann Road entrance ramp to I-465 eastbound
- SR 37/Harding Street entrance ramp to I-465 eastbound
- US 31/East Street northbound entrance ramp to I-465 eastbound
- This single-lane condition is expected to cause congestion on westbound I-465 throughout the weekend. Seek an alternate route to avoid travel delays.
- The southbound US 31/East Street ramp to I-465 westbound will remain closed into summer.
- Harding Street under I-465 will be reduced to one through lane and one left-turn lane through August.
- Separate from the I-69 Finish Line project, lane, and ramp closures are planned on I-465 northbound on the southeast side of Indianapolis through August 5. More information is available here.

- All this week, watch for crews working along I-69 between Fairview Road and SR 144 to complete pavement striping and punch list items.
