The City of Bloomington now has Neighborhood Residential Parking Permits available

BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington residential parking permits for 2024-2025 are now available for purchase online.

Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 & 9-11 residents may apply here.

The online application requires current vehicle registration(s), driver’s license, current property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information. Additional documentation is required for Indiana University students residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center.

All 2024-2025 permit applications will be completed online, and permits will be mailed to residents. In-person permit sales are not available.
