BEDFORD – The Lawrence County Commissioners will meet in Executive Session on Monday, July 22, at Noon at Parker Insurance Group at 2222 8th Street in Bedford.
The commissioners will discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B) for the governing body of a political subdivision.
