BEDFORD—The Bedford Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners met today at the Hauck House, 1305 K Street. The five-year lease on the copy machine was up, and the board decided to lease a copier from Toshiba in Bloomington for $4,495.20.
This strategic move aims to enhance administrative efficiency and support day-to-day operations. The lease agreement reflects the board’s commitment to cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service delivery standards. The decision came down to Toshiba and Bedford office supply, with Toshiba getting the contract with the lowest bid.
