INDIANA – Earlier this month, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry’s Community Urban Forestry Program announced its latest round of grant opportunities.
One is the annual Community & Urban Forestry Assistance (CUFA) grant. Project types that are eligible to be funded with this grant include:
- Tree inventory
- Tree Canopy Assessment
- Management/Response Plan
- Education/Training
- Tree Planting & Community Engagement
- Other activities
Project funding limits range from $1,000 to $25,000. The total amount of funding that is available is $230,000.
