Time to apply for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry’s Community Urban Forestry Grant

INDIANA – Earlier this month, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Division of Forestry’s Community Urban Forestry Program announced its latest round of grant opportunities.

One is the annual Community & Urban Forestry Assistance (CUFA) grant. Project types that are eligible to be funded with this grant include:

  • Tree inventory
  • Tree Canopy Assessment
  • Management/Response Plan
  • Education/Training
  • Tree Planting & Community Engagement
  • Other activities

Project funding limits range from $1,000 to $25,000. The total amount of funding that is available is $230,000.
