H Street in Bedford, Indiana, for the following purposes:

1. To Approve And Accept Reynolds Change Order No. 1 For Spider Creek
   SSO Storage Project
2. Addition Of Overflow Pipe For Storage Tank – $34,248.41
3. Additional Staircase For Storage Tank – $20,149.41
4. Lochmueller Group Invoice No. 314728 – Reimbursement To Reynolds
   Construction – Trail & Spider Creek Bridge Inspections – $22,565.89
5. Lochmueller Group Invoice No. 314725 – Reimbursement To Reynolds
   Construction – Trail & Spider Creek Bridge Inspection – $17,466.33
