BEDFORD – Lawrence Superior Court I Judge John M. Plummer III sentenced a Springville man to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction after accepting a negotiated plea deal.
Joshua R. Flynn, 38, pled guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony with a habitual offender enhancement as part of a negotiated plea.
“The Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office works diligently to keep drugs off the streets and out of our community. This Defendant continued to violate the laws of the State of Indiana, and the inability of the Defendant to follow the law resulted in a prison sentence,” said Deputy Prosecutor Sarah Cummings.
