MIDDLETOWN – On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Indiana State Police troopers were called to a residence in Middletown in response to a domestic disturbance.
When troopers arrived at the residence, they located an intoxicated female, identified as Dana R. Dunsmore, 48, of Middletown. During an investigation conducted by Trooper Clayton Fox, it was determined that a physical altercation occurred between Dunsmore and a male who also resided at the residence. The male sustained minor injuries during the altercation. After interviewing Dunsmore, she was arrested and transported to the Delaware County jail without further incident.
Dunsmore was arrested and preliminarily charged with domestic battery, a Level 6 felony, and criminal mischief, a Class B misdemeanor.
