NASHVILLE – The Nashville IU Health Primary Care office has moved and will start seeing patients in their new office, the Sue Borgelt Medical Center, on Wednesday, August 14.
This new office, located at 100 Maple Leaf Boulevard in Nashville, Indiana, is accepting new patients and will offer a variety of services, including:
- Visiting Orthopedics specialists every Wednesday
- Visiting Cardiology specialists every third Friday (subject to change)
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is onsite every Monday
- After-care hours from 4 – 6 pm, Monday – Friday, with the ability to save your spot in line starting at 3:15 pm.
