The City of Bloomington launches free small business technical assistance partnership hosted by retail strategies

BLOOMINGTON – The City of Bloomington announced the launch of the Small Business Technical Assistance Partnership, a suite of on-demand, virtual training courses hosted by Retail Strategies.
