JASPER—The Dubois County Health Department is hosting a Back on Track Health Fair today from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. CST at 1187 South Saint Charles Street in Jasper.
The event, sponsored by MDwise, Inc., aims to help Hoosiers get the shots they need to stay healthy and access community resources.
There will be free food, dental kits, eye exams, and vaccines for both insured and uninsured people.
The event is free and open to kids.
Parents are encouraged to bring their child’s shot records.
Children younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, ID card, or passport.
