MORGAN CO. — Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Force Construction Company plans to reduce northbound and southbound State Road 67 to one lane over Burkhart Creek on or after Monday, August 19, to complete a small structure replacement in Morgan County.
Work will occur on State Road 67, approximately two miles north of Paragon, and, weather permitting, it is expected to be complete by mid-November. Signage will be placed in the area before the start of construction.
This work is part of a $8 million contract awarded to Force Construction in May 2024. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, be cautious, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
