JASPER – Jasper police arrested Larry Marcum, 49, and Brenda Marcum, 28, both residing in Jasper, Thursday after police responded to a domestic fight at Retro Mexican Cuisine on Newton Street at 8:58 p.m.
Larry Marcum is facing a charge of domestic battery after police say he struck his fiancée in the face.
Brenda Marcum was charged with intimidation after approaching the victim and officers and making threats to the victim.
Both individuals were transported to the Dubois County Security Center following the investigation.
