HUNTINGBURG – The Huntingburg Police Department urges the public not to leave their keys or valuable items in plain sight inside a vehicle and to lock vehicle doors.
The warning comes after the department received four reports of stolen vehicles in the past week.
One vehicle was successfully recovered. Police continue to search for the other stolen vehicles.
The department is actively working to identify and apprehend those responsible for the thefts.
