BEDFORD – Lace up your running shoes! Registration is now open for the annual Limestone Capital Half Marathon and 5K, set for Saturday, October 5th, brought to you by McIntyre Brothers.
Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or a casual runner looking for a new challenge, the Limestone Capital Half Marathon and 5K is an event you won’t want to miss. Register before September 8th to secure your free t-shirt and get ready to experience the thrill of the race, the beauty of the course, and the camaraderie of the community.
Race Options and Pricing:
- Half Marathon (15 Years or Over): $60
- Half Marathon – Youth (14 and Under): $15
- 5K (15 Years or Over): $30
- 5K Youth (14 and Under): $15
- 1 Mile (15 Years or Over): $20
- 1 Mile Youth (14 and Under): $15
- Ainsley’s Angels- Pushers/Runners 5k: $30
- Ainsley’s Angels- Riders (Free): Participants with disabilities can participate with the help of volunteer runners or pushers.
- Ainsley’s Angels- Half: $60
All races will start and finish in front of the historic Milwaukee Depot on the corner of 14th and J St. Participants can expect a festive atmosphere with music before and after the race, along with commemorative participant shirts and finisher medals for all events.
The Half Marathon offers a cash purse to the top overall finishers, with an additional bonus awarded to the fastest Lawrence County male and female runners. Age group awards will also be presented across all categories.
