BEDFORD – As the crisp autumn air settles over Lawrence County, a sense of urgency fills the hearts of those dedicated to providing shelter and warmth to the community’s most vulnerable members. The Men’s Warming Shelter is contacting individuals, groups, and businesses to sponsor their annual Spaghetti on the Square fundraiser, scheduled for September 28th.
Last year, the heartwarming event raised a remarkable $26,000, but this year, the shelter is aiming even higher, setting a goal of $30,000. Every dollar donated will directly support the shelter’s mission of providing a safe haven and essential services to homeless individuals and families within Lawrence County.
The Men’s Warming Shelter is more than just a place to sleep; it’s a beacon of hope, offering a warm meal, a shower, and a sense of belonging to those often overlooked and forgotten. The shelter’s dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to create a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can find the resources and encouragement they need to rebuild their lives.

Sponsorship levels range from Bronze ($100) to Diamond ($5000), ensuring everyone has an opportunity to participate. All donations are accepted and welcome, as every contribution, regardless of size, brings them closer to the goal. The shelter will accept ANY donation if you can not donate the $100 starting level.
