VIGO CO. – A tip from the Greencastle Police Department led to the arrest of a Terre Haute woman for being in possession of child pornography.
Detectives Colton Maynard and Don Curtis of the Putnamville State Police Post initiated a criminal investigation on Monday, September 2, after receiving information that a female was distributing and in possession of child pornography.
After reviewing the investigation, the Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant Tuesday, for Kristin E. Konazeski, 51, of Terre Haute.
Konazeski was arrested without incident and is currently being held in the Vigo County Jail on five counts of possession of child pornography, Level 5 felonies, and six counts charge of possession of child pornography, Level 6 felonies.
Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office and Greencastle Police Department assisted with the investigation.
