JOHNSON CO. — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that utility relocation work will begin along State Road 252 on or after Monday, September 9, in Edinburgh.
Work will take place between Lincoln Street and the bridge over Big Blue River and is expected to take up to six months, weather permitting. Motorists should expect lane closures while utility work is in progress.
This utility relocation work is part of a planned district pavement improvement project that will take place later. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
