According to the police report, Moore was recognized from a previous incident over the weekend where he was heavily intoxicated and bothering customers at another gas station.

The woman who called the police when Moore had attempted to enter a parked truck with a small child inside. The male truck owner confronted Moore after finding him leaning into the vehicle and speaking to the male’s daughter. Other witnesses also reported that Moore was attempting to start altercations with multiple people in the parking lot before the officers’ arrival.

Moore smelled of alcohol, was unsteady on his feet, and was making incoherent statements. He was detained on a charge of public intoxication and placed in handcuffs. However, during the arrest, Moore reportedly resisted and had to be restrained against a patrol vehicle.

The police revealed that Moore’s blood-alcohol content was 0.305 percent.
