At his residence, Sherrill Wayne Hall, 80, of Springville, passed away at 9:27 pm on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Born May 13, 1944, in Bedford, he was the son of Richard Gordon and Stella Elizabeth Hall. He married Janet Craig on May 18, 1968, and she survives. He was a South Side Rentals maintenance worker and a Johnson’s Dairy maintenance manager.
Survivors include his wife, Janet, of Springville; one son, Michael Hall, and wife, Amanda Robbins, of Crown Point, IN; his former daughter-in-law, Wendy Hall True, and husband, Tim True, of Morgantown; two grandchildren, Brittany Hall (Corey Beasley) and Breanna Hall (Reed Crane), all of Bedford; two great-grandchildren, Ridge and Rylee Crane; a half-brother, Don Phillips, and wife, Sharon, of Cincinnati, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Sophie.
A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14th, in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Visitation will be from Noon until the hour of service.
