BEDFORD—The 2024 Claude Akins Memorial Golf Classic was held on Saturday, August 31, and Sunday, September 1. Hundreds of golfers participated in the beloved event, vying for a share of over $30,000 in prizes. Awards were given in dozens of categories, some a little less serious than others because, at the end of the day, the Claude Akins Memorial Golf Classic is about friendly competition and the community.

You can pick up your prizes at Indiana Steel, 957 J St, Bedford. Their office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
