SEYMOUR- October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
As part of this observance, Seymour Parks and Recreation and Turning Point Services are hosting a Community Heroes and Game Night event on October 17th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Community Center, 107 S. Chestnut St., in downtown Seymour.
This free event will include a family-style pasta dinner and games with our local service heroes, including police, firefighters, and EMS.
Costumes are welcome.
This event will have various games and activities suitable for all ages.
