BLOOMINGTON – Bloomington North swept past Bedford North Lawrence in three sets during high school volleyball action on Thursday night.
The Cougars (6-4) posted a 25-14, 25-15, 25-17 victory over the Stars (7-5 with five straight losses).
“North is a pretty heavy with seniors,” BNL coach Aaron Wagoner said. “We had trouble with ball control. Our serve receive had some rough spots. Once we got down in a run, we had trouble catching up.”
Jenna Allen had five digs and two kills, Sammie Gratzer totaled four kills, Sara Williams had four digs, and Lily Scott had three kills for BNL.
The Stars will host Mooresville on Saturday.
