LAWRENCE COUNTY- Tonight is your opportunity to audition for the 2024 Persimmon Idol Competition presented by WQRK Southern Indiana’s Classic Hits 105.5 and 102.5 Litefm! The preliminary round for the youth division (ages 10-17) is happening tonight from 4 PM to 7 PM at the Mitchell High School Auditorium,1000 Bishop Boulevard. Bring your best song and seize this moment. Don’t miss your opportunity to shine on the Main Street Stage!
This is your chance for fame and the following Grand Prize package:

During the youth preliminary round, each contestant will perform their song before our judges. Auditions are closed-door; no friends or family members will be allowed into the room. Those contestants chosen to perform on the Main Street Stage will be contacted by Wednesday, September 18th!
Can’t make it to the youth preliminary round at the High School? Upload a video (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, etc) and send the link to hdavisgm@gmail.com!
Parental consent is needed in order for the contestant to perform on the Main Street Stage. A waiver will be sent home at the preliminary round. If the waiver is not presented with a parent or guardian’s signature on the day of the performance, the contestant will not perform/compete.
