JACKSON/SCOTT COUNTY— Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to conduct temporary overnight right lane closures on northbound and southbound I-65 beginning on or after Monday, September 16, to complete patching work between Seymour and Scottsburg.
Crews will begin work in the right lane of southbound I-65 at mile marker 47 near Seymour and continue to move south to mile marker 30. They will then begin work in the right lane of northbound I-65 at mile marker 30 and complete work at mile marker 47 near Seymour. Weather permitting, work is expected to take up to four nights. Crews plan to work from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use caution, and drive distraction-free in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
