INDIANAPOLIS – On Saturday, September 14, the Bedford North Lawrence (BNL) Marching Stars traveled to Lawrence Central High School to perform at the Lawrence Central Invitational.
There, the Marching Stars performed their show, “X Marks the Spot.” They performed in Scholastic Class A (classes are based on school and band size).
The Marching Stars show features music from “Seven Nation Army” and “Come Sail Away,” with solos by Sebastian Hood and Lilliann Livingston. Their performance earned them 4th Place in their class out of seven participating schools.
The Marching Stars will again perform “X Marks the Spot” for competition on September 28th at Avon High School for the Avon Invitational. They will also perform with the Bedford Alumni Band and 8th grade band on Friday, September 20th, for the BNL Homecoming football game. Come out to show your support for all the Marching Stars, past, present, and future.
