JASPER – The 1918 Alexander One-Room Schoolhouse will be open from 9:00 a.m. until Noon on Saturdays, September 21, September 28, and October 5, during the Jasper Farmer’s Market. These are the final tours of the season.
Discover how life was for students and teachers in a one-room school in days long past. Educators will be on site to share information. As you step back in time, find out more about the history of Jasper and Dubois County.
This event is free. Parking is available at the Jasper Public Library. The schoolhouse is within walking distance of the Jasper Riverwalk and Jasper City Mill.
