SHOALS – Cornerstone Community Church is inviting the community to a hog roast fundraiser on Saturday, October 5th, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or until sold out—at the church located at 401 Water Street, Shoals. This event is a pivotal effort to complete the church’s building fund, with only $12,000 left to reach its goal. The funds will go toward a balloon payment for the project.
Tickets for the hog roast are $15 per meal. Each meal includes a choice of two sides—cowboy beans, slaw, mac & cheese, or potato salad—a roll, and a homemade dessert. Meals can be enjoyed at the church or taken to go, making it easy for everyone to participate.
Tickets can be purchased from any church member or at the headquarters of WBIW, WQRK, and WPHZ radio stations at 424 Heltonville Road West, Bedford, Indiana 47421. The headquarters is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or you can call (812)-275-7555 to purchase tickets. Cash, checks, and credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.
